Organisational Development is an emerging concept This is explained here in this manner that once the Cultural Aspects of Organisation are discussed then automatically what follows are the views of people. Development is as much an inclusive matter as it is exclusive. There has to be a balance in both the terms to come a acceptable proposition. Over a period of so many years we see that changes are society related and concerns the general will of people for a fair and equitable development of society.
We talk in our Consultancy about a just and Fair development Model of Development. In the context of Organisation this is called Developmental Model of Inclusion. As we go deeper in this subject it is very important to talk about the Model and its main Pillars of Information. This is in the next chapter No 2
