Innovative Manpower Solutions Consultancy is about bringing an innovative change in ways of work, planning to work, productive work, change management related to productivity of the organisation. The implementation of development-oriented change management consultancy is leading to knowledge-based organisations.
Focus of My Consultancy
The focus is on innovative organisational change leading to creation of such knowledge transfer mechanisms that create an inquiry in minds of participants. This happens in our consultancy. Our consultancy is a highly effective fast-moving organisation that is based on creation of new mechanisms of work performance. Mechanisms that are based on inclusive learning through inquiries and understanding. Application of such understanding of processes that shape our thinking and further inquiry. The challenge is creation of such an environment where people to people engagement is also for a discussion based on such inquiries. Knowing and learning and then trying to refine such learning in the process of inquires makes it a repetitive process. This is what we want to harness. That is make it a repetitive process such that the quotient of development is ever increasing. Inclusive learning to higher end learning makes this process an experience to remember.

Demonstrated Behaviour and Cognitive state of mind.
The demonstrated behavior is a manifestation of the cognitive actions of the human mind. It might be also an indication towards the complex interplay of numerous such experiences that shape our thoughts and basic approach to problems of life.
In our consultancy, we provide services which aim to harness or refine those subtle mental processes that are responsible for different behavioural patterns. The demonstrated behaviour is an extension of these behavioural patterns. But what is the use of studying such behavioural patterns if they can’t be refined to suit the level of wants and requirements. This is achieved through behavioural tools and methods of training.
Behaviour-based training is utilising the tools of behavioural analysis to leverage communication in a unidirectional way as desired by the organisation. So, what could be those tools that could align our thinking and action in a unidirectional way?
