This consultancy is managed by Mr. Siddharth Chatterjee. I have worked in Human Resource Management for close to 5 years. At present I am doing freelance work as a consultant to manage my startup business. This startup business of providing consultancy services is related to serving needs of growing organizations. Since increasing services provided to customers entails growing the number of people engaged in work so it also means hiring new people and training them to take on the culture of an increasingly competitive workplace.

In our consultation we are searching for information from participants who contribute to make the learning-based training a matter of fun and experience. My residence is in the city of Delhi. I have also done MBA from IGNOU. My ability is in providing a solution to make the work of organization’s streamlined to achieve a unique competitive edge by training people on innovative work practices.

Innovative work is based on collective intelligence and play of emotions linked to work elements  when joined to form a meaningful picture. There is a metaphor which goes like this that “A picture is worth a thousand words.”  When different people who have started their work in a new organization are put to task for a common achievement there is a feeling of cooperation among the participants. Collecting information about this cooperation or a camaraderie is also one of the elements of work-based innovation. The data are evaluated by finding patterns as interpretation of Elements in processes.

The demonstrated behaviour is a manifestation of the cognitive actions of human mind. It might be also an indication towards the complex interplay of numerous such experiences that shape our thoughts and basic approach to problems of life.

In our consultancy we provide services which aim to harness or refine those subtle mental processes that are responsible for different behavioural patterns. The demonstrated behaviour is an extension of these behavioural patterns. But what is the use of studying of such behavioural patterns if they can’t be refined to suit the level of wants and requirements. This is achieved through behavioural tools and methods of training.

Behaviour based training is utilizing the tools of behavioural analysis to leverage communication in a unidirectional way as desired by the organisation. So, what could be those tools that could align our thinking and action in a unidirectional way?
